Norwood, Ontario

Norwood is a community in Peterborough County, Ontario, Canada. Since it amalgamated with Asphodel Township in 1998, it is now part of the Township of Apshodel-Norwood. The village population is roughly 1300 (as of 2003). Its schools are St.Paul's Catholic Elementary School, Norwood District Public School, Norwood Intermediate Public School, and Norwood District High School.
The members of contemporary metal band Three Days Grace lived in Norwood before moving to Toronto and eventually finding international success.
