- Originally routed from Middleport to Albany along an unnumbered road from Middleport to current route 124, 2 miles east of Rutland; current route 124 from 2 miles east of Rutland to 3 miles east of Rutland; route 7 from 3 miles east of Rutland to current junction with route 143; route 143 from route 7 to 5 miles north of Harrisonville; and an unnumbered road from 5 miles north of Harrisonville to Albany.
