• Originally routed from Glouster to Clarington along current route 78 from Glouster to 1 mile east of East Union, route 260 from 1 mile east of East Union to Carlisle, route 724 from Carlisle to 4 miles east of Carlisle, route 145 from 4 miles east of Carlisle to Lewisville, and route 78 from Lewisville to Clarington. ^[2]
• In 1926, rerouted from 1 mile east of East Union to Lewisville along current routing. ^[2]
• 1 mile east of East Union to 4 miles east of Carlisle decertified in 1926. ^[2]
• 4 miles east of Carlisle to Lewisville certified as route 145 in 1926. ^[2]
• Murray City to Glouster was unnumbered before 1934. ^[2]
• Nelsonville to Murray City was route 216 before 1972. ^[2]
• Extended to Murray City by 1934. ^[2]
