Martinho Martins Mukana or also known as Paíto (born 5 July 1982 in Maputo, Mozambique) is a Portuguese footballer from who currently plays for Sporting de Braga in the Portuguese Superliga on loan from RCD Mallorca.
Paito began his career at Sporting Clube de Portugal in the 2002/2003 season. He had a regular place in the starting line-up, but threatened to leave the club after a conflict with Cristiano Ronaldo. Eventually he stayed, and in the next season had to compete against Hugo Viana and Ricardo Quaresma.
Paito then left for Vitoria de Guimarães where he was influental despite being relegated to the Liga de Honra, Portugal's Second divion. After a brief stint at Spanish La Liga side RCD Mallorca, Paito returned to Portugal to play for Sporting de Braga.

He was Portuguese U-21 internationals, and soon change his nationality to represent Mozambican, because FIFA new rule in 2000s said that such application should on or before player's 21 year-old.
He played the nation only two 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifying in 2003
