Pennsylvania Route 238 is a state highway located entirely in York County, Pennsylvania. The western terminus of the route is at Pennsylvania Route 74 in Weigelstown. The eastern terminus is at Pennsylvania Route 181 in Emigsville.
The route also interchanges with Interstate 83 at exit 24 (Emigsville).
