Talk:Peter Doherty
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
from this comment originally in the article it appears that the person creating the article, used material from Wikiverse:
- This article was originally based on material from Wikiverse (see http://peter-doherty.wikiverse.org/ ). Update as needed.
unfortunately that material was based on a version from wikipedia that had already been deleted for the same copyright violation. it was deleted back in september for the same reason.
this is a problem with mirrors: they are out-of-date and can often have material which is in violation, and it isn't always obvious that material was originally from wikipedia (although they are in violation of the gfdl if they don't acknowledge their source) clarkk 15:15, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)

- Clarkk, stub created. I did wonder how this could happen when I found it in Wikiverse, given that wikiverse is a mirror of wikipedia. It never occured to me that it may have been removed from wikimedia previously. My apologies. Ianbrown 14:03, 11 Nov 2004 (UTC)
