[edit] Amtrak
Hi. Could you please take another look at an edit you made a while ago? The sentence fragment that starts with "So popular" looks like it got garbled somehow, but I'm not quite sure what you intended to say, so I can't fix it myself. RoySmith 14:58, 23 July 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Road articles???
??? Which road articles are you talking about???? Emdx 21:09, 2 October 2005 (UTC)
Oh, that. Just trying out Google Maps to do something else, and it turns out it's a spiffy way to mark some stretches of roads...
If you could get rail directions on google ("MP72.1 CN St-Hyacinthe subd. to MP55 CP Adirondack subd.") I'd do it... :)
[edit] 4 metres
Could you have a look at this - I know it's not relevant in your part of the world; all the more reason why I'd like an edit from a dispassionate point of view. Gerry Lynch 01:11, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
Plaws- The Amtrak discussion page has a list of railroads that own the track Amtrak uses. This list is missing several roads. I have all of them on my project, and perhaps you could use it. http://www.trains.com/TRC/CS/forums/569629/ShowPost.aspx

[edit] Straw polls
I've decided to retract my original straw poll, after reading up a bit more about it. Wikipedia is not a democracy and straw polls are generally used to determine consensus on an issue, but I think general comments will give us the best direction to go, not an A or B choice for people to vote on. [edit] EMT talk page
I see you modified the header of one of the threads to reflect your oppinion (changing "DOES NOT" to "DOES <s>NOT</s>". This is considered vandalism. If have an opinion on the subject, please argue your point rather than changing other people's additions. St.isaac 22:55, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
