Roverandom

Roverandom é uma pequena história escrita por John Ronald Reuel Tolkien em 1925, onde conta as aventuras de um cãozinho chamado Rover que foi transformado em um brinquedo de porcelana por ter irritado um mago. Para voltar a ser um cão normal, Rover tem de ir até a lua e sob o mar a fim encontrar outra vez o mago.
O autor escreveu Roverandom para seu filho Michael Tolkien, para diverti-lo após a perda de seu brinquedo favorito - um cão.
Roverandom - a aventura de um cão, foi enviado para publicação em 1936, , mas não foi publicado senão sessenta anos depois, em 1998.
