Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) is an international communication management development company, with head offices in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) was founded in 1990, develop, manufacture and distribute communication management applications for: call accounting, computer telephony integration, screen pops, desktop productivity, toll fraud, alert notification, wake up calls, hotel and motel billing, instant messaging, carrier comparisons, rebilling, facilities management, equipment billing. They also provide a number of outsourcing and managed services including invoice analysis, rebilling and remote web call accounting.
In August 2000, RSI acquired the assets of Revolution Software, a call accounting company previously located in Needham, MA. The integration of two popular product lines under one umbrella broadened their comprehensive communications management portfolio that includes Revolution Web Call Accounting, Telecost CMS (Canada), Shadow CMS and Visual Rapport.
