Rich Shapero is an American venture capitalist, author and musician.

Shapero grew up in Los Angeles and went to college at Berkeley, California.[1] He now works as a venture capitalist with the company Crosspoint.[2]

Shaperos book Wild Animus was released in 2004. Free copies have been given away as advertisement in big numbers .[3]
A CD with lyrics based on the book was released in 2006. It is called The Ram and is the first in a series of three.It has, just like the book, been given away for free in large numbers.
