Talk:Rotten Row
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There is a public road named "Rotten Row" in New Zealand at Waikuku Beach near Christchurch, and although the name may originally be related back to the Hyde Park bridlepath, it is generally understood that the "ROW" part of the name stands for "Right of Way", as most of the land around the actual road was once only leasehold, with sections having very nominal boundaries. In fact there are still a number of private "ROW's" in the area. --203.97.27.126 21:50, 7 February 2007 (UTC)David Bonne(NZ)
