Ryan Connor is a fictional character from the ITV1 soap opera Coronation Street, played by Ben Thompson.
He is the son of Michelle Connor and attends Weatherfield High.
In December 2006 he was caught by Norris Cole as the person who had vandalised the Kabin, spraying the walls of the shop with graffiti. He also sprayed the word 'Noz' on the wall, with a caricature of Norris behind it. His mother Michelle found out it was him and made him help in the Kabin every night after school for a week.
His mum has started dating newcommer Sonny. Steve McDonald, who was also interested in Michelle, offered to drive Ryan round to Sonny's while she was there having dinner. She told Steve that Sonny didn't know about Ryan. When they arrived Ryan went in and Michelle came out and threw her dinner over steve and told him that Sonny already knew about Ryan and was fine with it. Michelle then told him to stop using Ryan to come between her and Sonny, after Sonny broke up with Michelle, Ryan went to ask Sonny why, Sonny tried to hide the truth from Ryan, but Ryan spotted Sean coming out of his bedroom, fueled by anger, Ryan went Joyriding in Sonnys car, he was soon caught by the police and released, when he returned to the Street his Uncle Paul slapped him across the face.
