Sinusonasus magnodens Xu & Wan, 2004 |
Sinusonasus is the name given to a genus of dinosaur from the Early Cretaceous Period, recovered from the Yixian Formation. These dinosaurs lived in what is now the Liaoning Province of China. The type specimen, Sinusonasus magnodens, was described by Xu and Wan in 2004. Sinusonasus was a theropod, specifically a troodontid dinosaur.
The name should not be confused with Sinosaurus.
