St George's, University of London is a medical college (SGUL) of the University of London. The college was founded in 1733, and was the second in England to train doctors (after Oxford). St. George's gained an excellent score of 23 out of 24 in the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) inspection of medicine - the highest of any of the London medical schools (including KCL, UCL, Imperial etc) - making it the best medical school in London (and second only to Oxbridge in England).
