The Outlaws reunion is not a romur anymore, the band is touring with all surviving original members and they plan to release their new record called "Full Circle" in 2006.

I believe the guitarist went by 'Billy Jones'...when you clink on the name you get a politician's article page.
On 14-Oct-2006 The Outlaws played a benefit concert at the Pasco-Hernando Community College, Florida, USA. Hughie mentioned that they are trying to release "Full Circle" by the end of this year. At the after-show reception the band members were gracious to sign authographs (like my authentic playlist) and pose for pictures.
