[edit] Synopsis
Paige begins to realize the difficulty in dating a mortal when Henry tries to immerse himself in her magical world. She finds herself even more conflicted when a suitor, Sir Simon Marks, arrives hoping to convince her to marry him so they can become the ultimate magical couple. Piper also faces a romantic decision when she runs into her old flame, Greg, and begins to wonder if she is ready to put Leo's pseudo-death behind her. Meanwhile, after Billie finds her missing sister, Christy, who has been held captive by demons for several years, she and Phoebe try to help her cope.

[edit] Enemies
- The Triad: A group of three high-level demons that direct some supernatural matters. They were quite high in the evil hierarchy. When they became aware of the existence of The Charmed Ones they began sending demons to destroy them, including the demon Belthazor. The members of the Triad appeared as human males, but some had blackened eyes. Each had the ability to commune directly with The Source, the power to throw energy balls, the ability to teleport, and the power to manifest athames at will. Though their membership was known to change, the Triad was only ever comprised of three demons at a time.
- Scather Demons: A race of demons who can shimmer, throw energy balls and serve The Triad.
[edit] Allies
- Firestarter: A rare and powerful breed of magical beings with the power of pyrokinesis.
- Simon Marks: A hybrid of a Whitelighter and the Marks line of witches, whose ancestors worked closely with Melinda Warren.
[edit] Spells
- To Call A Lost Witch: Mix the following in a silver mortar: a pinch of rosemary, a sprig of cypress, and a yarrow root. Grind with a pestle while chanting: Power of the witches rise, Course unseen across the skies. Come to us who call you near, Come to us and settle here Spill the spell caster's own blood into the mortar and continue chanting: Blood to blood, I summon thee. Blood to blood, return to me. Only need to use blood if the caster and the summoned are blood relatives.

[edit] Trivia
- The episode title is a play on words to the film The Last Temptation of Christ.
- Paige accepts Henry's marriage proposal in this episode.
- The witch Simon (who looks to be around thirty years old) is half-witch and half-Whitelighter, just like Paige, even though the union of witches and Whitelighters was forbidden until only five years prior in the episode Just Harried. Simon also (much like Chris and Wyatt) has access to traditional telekinesis, as opposed to Paige who must channel her telekinesis through her Whitelighter orbing power. This could be because he's had his powers all his life, and Paige had only had hers for short of five years. Simon also appears and disappears in swirls of orbs, something that is unique from other hybrids.
- Simon's family of witches are discovered to have aided the Warren witches (the Charmed Ones' ancestors) during the Salem witch trials.
- The Triad were destroyed by Cole in the episode Power Outage. They return in this episode but now have pentagrams in front of their robes, which they previously had on their backs. Also, the pentagrams are right-side-up and not upside-down, denoting a "good" aspect instead of evil.
- We discover that the demons who kidnapped Christy are called Scather Demons, and they serve the Triad.
- Billie's sister Christy appears for the first time in adult form in this episode. She is referred to as the Key in this episode. In the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer the character Buffy had a sister named Dawn who was also referred to as the Key.
- Piper believes that Christy is a Firestarter, which is a reference to the episode Lost and Bound. She also has displayed telepathic abilities.
- Piper's ex-boyfriend from season six, Greg, returns in this episode.
[edit] International Titles
- French: La bataille de Christy
- German: Die letzte Versuchung von Christy
- Spanish: La última tentación de Christy
