I don't know about the First Nation who owns this pole, but I know it would be a violation of Tlingit property law if it were Tlingit and a picture was used for this purpose without permission from the clan who owns the designs on the pole. Thought I should mention this, and perhaps someone who lives down in that area of BC can check up on this. — Ts'éiyoosh 02:42, 25 Mar 2005 (UTC)
This is a piece of art in a public park. I believe that the copyright of such things belong to the photographer. I took this picture, and I released it under GNU licence. I'm sorry I don't have more information about the piece to support the image. I would love to include the artists name and First Nation information. Drhaggis 8 July 2005 03:25 (UTC)
