Tim Waterson
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tim Waterson formerly held the world record (according to Worlds Fastest Drummer) for the fastest number of strokes on a bass drum, with a record of 1,030 single and 1,407 double strokes per minute.
He uses a technique of playing both "heel-up" and "heel-down" where he alternates each stroke with each technique. This method is known as the heel-toe technique.
Tim uses The VRUK heel pedal system which enables Tim to turn his double pedal into a quad pedal. Tim has set the record for most beats in a minute, with single foot: 670 beats, double foot: 1400.
Tim also uses Pintech electronic drums.
