Tore Keller (4 January 1905 — 15 July 1988) was a Swedish football striker.
He played for IK Sleipner Norrköping and the Sweden national football team, for whom he appeared in the 1934 and 1938 World Cups. In the 1938 tournament, he scored a hat trick in Sweden's 8-0 victory over Cuba.
