Treaty of Rome (disambiguation)

Two treaties relating European Union have been negotiated and signed in Rome :
- The First Treaty of Rome, which actually includes two treaties both signed on March 25, 1957 : the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community. It is often called Treaty of Rome (without numbering), or even by the plural form Treaties of Rome (regarding the two treaties).
- The Second Treaty of Rome signed on October 29, 2004, establishing the European Constitution and in the process of ratification until France and Netherlands rejected it in referenda.
