Tuscany Residential Village is a high class exclusive golf course community located in southeast Las Vegas a mile away from Lake Mead. It is not so much a place, its developers like to say, as it is an idea--an approach to combining a unique Nevada landscape with the advantages of a 21st century town, all set under the watchful gaze of the Nevada Mountains.
Covering more than 5,000 acres there are 30 unique floor plans to choose from, 17 vibrant neighborhoods. The developers have chosen great design elements to give the community a truly unique feel.
