This image, Voldemortandharry.JPG, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

No free alternative can exist given the likeness of Voldemort is a trademark and thus protected;
It is a low resolution copy of a movie poster;
The image was released to the media to promote the movie in question, Harry Potter 4;
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the movie or the book in any way;
Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of it, because it is too low-resolution;
As JK Rowling refrains from depicting Voldemort in her books, no original pix are possible, but a picture of his movie version would greatly enhance the article
it shows Voldemort threatening Harry Potter, thus visually depicting what is said in the corresponding section (he is his archenemy); the scene is the climax of the 4th HP movie
no free alternatives seem to exist
