- Support per nom and my understanding of WP:MoS. I think I've seen at least one other article about a book with a "X: ..." format, i.e. resembling a Wikipedia namespace, so believe this rename is possible. (I tried renaming to "War: Opposing Viewpoints", but, as with Her Pegship, no joy.) David Kernow 03:43, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
- Comment "war" is not a namespace, it is an interwiki link to the Waray-Waray language wikipedia. I would suggest moving the page to something like War—Opposing Viewpoints and using {{namespace}} as a hatnote to explain the situation. HTH HAND —Phil | Talk 16:42, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
- Looks like this is a problem caused by using something that can be an English word (and the first word in a title) as the shortcut pointer to another wiki. Request this is (a) amended (e.g. to "wr:", "wrwr:", ...) and (b) avoided when creating future shortcut pointers. Regards, David Kernow 11:05, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- Fixing the title of this article is much easier than getting the developers to rename an entire Wikiproject. All the language-name prefixes follow the standard set by ISO 639, and I doubt anyone would be willing to make an exception just for the benefit of this article. I think Phil's suggestion is the best, though looking through the other articles with the {{Namespace}} tag on them, it seems a simple hyphen is the usual replacement for the colon, thus War-Opposing Viewpoints (2005) should be the name. - Okay; I'd hoped it might be "relatively" straightforward to reassign the namespace shortcut, but if not, I guess some kind of fudge will be required. Thanks, David 23:11, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
