Warminster Preparatory School
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Warminster Preparatory School is a small independent day and boarding school and was originally formed in 1707 as the Lord Weymouth Grammar School. It became the Lord Weymouth School in 1955 and eventually became co-educational in 1973 following a merger with St Monica's School for Girls. It lies to the west of the Wiltshire market town of Warminster and is close to the Longleat estate, home of Lord Bath and his famous safari park. The prep school shares grounds and facilities with the neighbouring Warminster School.
