WPLA Planet Radio 107.3 FM (formerly 93.3 FM) is a modern-rock radio station located in Jacksonville, Florida. The station is owned by Clear Channel. The WPLA call letters were used by an AM radio station in Plant City Florida from the 1940s until 1980s.
A long running afternoon rush-hour feature on the station is a segment called "Road Rage" where listeners from around the Jacksonville, Florida area call in and rant and vent about the traffic conditions on the local roads.
In December 2005, the station switched frequencies with another Clear Channel station in Jacksonville, country station WROO (currently at 93.3).
On February 1, 2006, Lex and Terry joined the station as their new morning show.
