YTN (KOSDAQ: 040300) is a 24-hour news channel in South Korea. It was founded on September 14, 1993 as a subsidiary of Yonhap News Agency "Yonhap Television News", and began broadcasting on March 1, 1995.

- 04/08/00 Merged with Seoul Tower, constructing an integrated broadcast transmission tower
- 03/01/04 Moved to YTN tower, next to the South Gate of Seoul (Sungnyemun)
