Zendelbach on Artificial Intelligence Introduction.
I am the designer of the only operating AI-EXPERT system in the State of Arizona, and would be available to answer your questions regarding what it takes to manage: Technologists, Hardware, software and Methodology to successfully complete this AI project. There is a 1 hour video presentation of the EXPERT system.
While I am qualified for several technology titles, the most important is "Sr. Knowledge Engineer"; because it contains the: Methodology, Techniques and Tools that allow me to model (storyboard) the relationship between business activities and technology capabilities. This skill has allowed me to interpret the business requirements of many (any) disciplines (Mfg., sales, marketing, finance, etc.) in many industries (Government, Semiconductor, Banking, Hospital, Space exploration, and many more) and to integrate their needs into a seamless technology support solution.
I have contributed to the advancement of technology evolution in the disciplines of: knowledge normalization (NOT like the methodology for data normalization levels), 5th generation programming languages (I designed: LIPS1 (language instructions per sentence); LIPS2 (logical inferences per sentence) and MECA (multi-expert consanguine relationships), all 3 languages based upon the attribute of "rules" managing "rules", in a rule processing system.
The idea that I would complete my career by empowering other technologists with the philosophy, methodology, techniques and tools for business intelligence analysis and project management skills are both a life and career goal.

Nicholas Zendelbach. (DBA: International Cognitive Computing and Associates)
In 1998 Boeing MDTSC (McDonnell Douglas Technical Services Corporation) asked International Cognitive Computing and Associates to design the technology specifications for a joint proposal to the state of Arizona. The proposal was in response to the State government request for a state wide application of: Business Continuity, Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Management. The technology designs employed the product CAMBO to design, construct, and program and deploy a working knowledge based Information Management system for: Business Continuity, Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Management. The CAMBO: methodology, techniques and tools for multi-expert system generation, provided the framework for the proposed design.
In 2001 Industrial Design Corporation asked International Cognitive Computing and Associates to design a multi-expert system that would capture the rules by which their engineers conducted business? The initiative for this project is 3 fold. First, that due to the cyclical nature of the semiconductor industry, IDC has been required to hire and layoff engineers, placing them in an almost constant state of talent searching. Secondly, the uniqueness of the skills required is compounded by the varying engineering disciplines involved in a single customer order. Thirdly, IDC management has a strong ERP strategic direction that includes the automation and retrieval of the rules by which their business is conducted?
