In my opinion, the greatest MC of all time. Check out his songs "Releasing Hypnotical Gases", "Rape", and "Oh No" to see what I'm talking about. Jay-Z, Nas, 2Pac, and Biggie don't hold a candle to him. Truly, an underground legend. I can't wait for his new album, where he's supposed to take the position of a gun.

I agree, he's in my top 10, but Nas already rapped from the perspective of a gun, on It Was Written I believe. 69.86.199.51 04:45, 19 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] "Got You"

"The first single of the album, Simon Says, was a major hit in 1999... He also had a one hit wonder called "Got You" around 2001, which featured a very slick beat but sales of the single did not do too well because Monch's name was hard to remember."

At least two problems with this: 1) a second hit does not a "one hit wonder" make, 2) the stated reason for the poor sales, while credible, is pure speculation. Fixed. 64.108.216.3 19:48, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

Do you happen to know the chart rankings? It's crazy, but that's the only real measure of a "hit" or not. And by that judgment, you'd be surprised at the artists considered one-hit wonders. Jimi Hendrix, Greatful Dead, Iggy Pop, Minnie Riperton, and so on. PennyGWoods 19:13, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
