[edit] February 2007
You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated. SlimVirgin (talk) 18:48, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Digital camera, are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. [edit] March 2007
Please stop. If you continue to vandalise Wikipedia, as you did to October Sky, you will be blocked from editing. Leafyplant 19:06, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Since the beginning of March, user/s at this IP has/have also vandalised Coca-Cola, English People and Tropical and subtropical moist broadleaf forests. I've looked at every edit coming from this IP since it was last blocked, on 6-Feb-2007, and they were all vandalism. What's more, the Contribs page showed several edits which were at the (top) of their respective articles' histories, which means that the vandalism had remained uncorrected for a long time.
However, a look at the [Special:Contributions/216.99.112.151|Contribs] shows a pattern of doing a small batch of acts of vandalism followed by a break of several days until the same or another person comes back to do more. The policy of many admins at WP:AIV seems to be that such IPs should remain untouched, and reports for the IPs will be deleted! (See many discussions in the archives of Wikipedia talk:Administrator intervention against vandalism.) So it appears as if the prospects of a block against this IP are low (though not nil, as evidenced by the fact that it was blocked once - must have had the bad luck of running into a less tolerant admin). So the moral of the story is go for it, kid! Nobody's likely to stop you, however much we rant. Zsero 01:41, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
