Philippe Adams (born November 19, 1969 in Mouscron, Belgium) is a former Formula One driver who participated during the 1994 season for the Lotus team. Prior to his brief career in Formula One he was 12th in the 1991 Japanese Formula 3 Championship, second in the 1992 British Formula 3 Championship and champion in the 1993 British Formula 2 Championship. After Formula One he went into national saloon car categories. His backers were reputed to have agreed to pay Lotus £500,000 for the drive, but the money was not forthcoming, his performance was moderate and the deal fell through.
