Phobos and Deimos, minor characters from the Sailor Moon' manga series, as drawn and copyrighted by Naoko Takeuchi. It was published in her Original Picture Collection Volume V and was found at Manga Style!. The original image is very crowded with characters, and these two are tiny; it has been digitally altered by the uploader to remove pieces of other figures from the edges of the image.

This image is being linked here. Though the picture is subject to copyright, I, Masamage, feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a (very) low-resolution scan from a Sailor Moon art book;
it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the wider copyrighted work in any way;
it provides an illustration of these characters (Phobos and Deimos) in the series, and is to be used solely for this purpose.
