Khachapuri

Khachapuri (Georgian ხაჭაპური xač’ap’uri) is a filled bread dish from the Caucasus. The bread is leavened and allowed to rise, and is shaped in various ways. The filling contains cheese (fresh or aged), eggs and other ingredients.
