Khaled KOUBAA (born Sfax, Tunisia, 1973-09-19) is an ICT independent consultant working for the Non-profit sector in Tunisia and Arab and African region : Arab Institut for Human Rights, Tunisian Nutrition Specialist Organization, ENDA Inter Arabe, Tunisian Accountants Society, FAMEX, ...
He was involved with many ICT pionneers projects in Tunisia ( IPAMED, Tunisia TradeNet, ... ).
Khaled entered the Internet landscape since 1997. He was involved with Internet Society earlier 2005 and he participate actively within the WSIS.
He founds the Internet Society chapter in Tunisia and serve as President. He participates in the creation of the Arab Internet Societies at November 2006 at Dubai.
He is regularly at ICANN Meeting with At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) as the Tunisian At-Large Structure.
Khaled earned his Bachelor degree in Management from High School of Commerce, Tunisia. He obtained a Master in Electronic Commerce from the High School of Electronic Commerce. He followed an Internet Governance Capacity Building with Diplo Foundation. He was selected for "Leaders for Democracy" fellowship for a one month academic with the Maxwell School, Syracuse University, NY, USA and 3 months internship with the Internet Society
