Phil Swing memorial plaque, southeast corner of San Diego Civic Center. The fountain itself sits unused and forgotten.

Note: the plaque shows Swing's birthdate as 1883. It should read 1884 (November 30, 1884). Also his Congressional term began in 1921, not 1920 (he was elected in 1920).
