Philip Flood

Philip Flood is a senior Australian diplomat. He has conducted various investigations into failures of government intelligence agencies. The most recent example of this was his investigation of the Iraq War intelligence failure, wherein he cleared the government of any wrong doing. Previously, he also investigated Australian intelligence failures in relation to Indonesian military involvement in the massacre of East Timoreans.
