The Oxford Companion lists PJG under "Jones Griffiths, Philip", rather than "Griffiths, Philip Jones". Any other input? -- Hoary 13:28, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

The Oxford Companion says PJG arrived in Vietnam in 1968, not 1966. Any authoritative evidence either way? -- Hoary 13:28, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
