[edit] Confusion with copyright

Previously, there was a confusion if the images should be tag with copyright or images for non-commercial use. I took the initiative to ask officials of the Philippine government from reusing photographs on non government websites. They told me that those images are open to the public and are classified as public domain as long as the images were sourced from any .gov.ph websites. OK. --Exec8 17:39, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

Does that only apply to politician headshots or all government works from official websites? Because currently the {{PhilippinesGov}} template is classified as fair use due to the non-commercial use restriction. --Sherool (talk) 09:46, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
