Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya is one of the three suborganizations of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. The other two being Majlis Ansarullah, Lajna Imaillah.
Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya (often abbreviated as MKA ie. MKA USA) is the youth auxiliary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. Males from age 7-15 belong to a subcategory of MKA called Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya (MAA); males from ages 15-40 are part of the greater Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya. A member of MAA is called a tifil(singular usage of the word atfal); and a member of MKA is called a khadim(singular usage of the word khuddam).

Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya was founded in 1938 by Khalifat-ul Masih II, Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad, the second Caliph of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. According to the auxiliary's founder, the name Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya literally means that its members are Servants of Mankind.

In the United States, MKA USA was founded in 1969 with the appointment of its first National Qaid, Munir Hamid. This position is now titled Sadr Majlis, put into effect in 1989 under the direction of Mirza Tahir Ahmad, fouth Caliph of the community. There are approximately 3,500 members of MKA USA in 59 chapters throughout the country divided into 8 regions: Northeast, East, Southeast, Gulf Coast, Midwest, Northwest, West Coast (North) and West Coast (South).
