Phil Bailey (born May 25, 1980 in Inverell, NSW) is an Australian rugby league player for the Wigan Warriors in the European Super League competition and also for New South Wales and Australia. He previously played for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles along with the Northern Eagles. His position of choice is either in the centres or in the second row.
Bailey is signed to the Wigan Warriors in the European Super League for the 2007, 2008 and 2009 seasons. He made his Wigan, Super League debut in a 16-10 defeat to Warrington at the JJB Stadium on 9th February 2007.
