Philip "Phil" John Rogers (born April 24, 1971 in Adelaide, South Australia) is a former breaststroke swimmer who competed in three consequentive Summer Olympics for Australia, starting in 1992.
At his Olympic debut he won the bronze medal in the 100m Breaststroke, followed by a bronze one in 1996 in the 4x100m Medley Relay. During his last Olympic appearance, at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, he was the oldest member of the Australian Swimming Team at age 29.
