Phish Food
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Phish Food is a Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavor named after the rock band Phish. It is a chocolate ice cream with a caramel-marshmallow swirl and fish-shaped chocolate chunks inside.
The band's royalties from Phish Food are donated to their non-profit foundation, The WaterWheel Foundation. Created in 1997, the foundation consisted of three separate branches - the Lake Champlain Initiative, The Touring Branch and the Vermont Giving Program.
