- Your argument is sound. The reason there are no portugese article about it is because nobody has written it. At worst, the Playboy Brazil magazine article itself could be merged into a list of countries which carry Playboy in their own language in the main Playboy article. It is, however, definitely not a Speedy Deletion Candidate. If you wish to find out the general consensus of WP on this, list the article on VfD.
