This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but an administrator or other user has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators or users can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request nor add another unblock request.
Request reason: "This IP number is no longer being used by the previous poster and the blocking of this IP is pointless due to the fact that it is shared by a number of other users. Such blocking exhibits a hostility to those wishing to participate and are collateral victims of this policy of chasing alleged sock puppets."
Decline reason: "We have no way of actually knowing the truth here. This IP has had no other edits than those that appear to be from the banned user. It is very unlikely that you are a different individual.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 21:11, 25 February 2007 (UTC)"
