I have made some year layout proposals which would affect a significant proportion of the year pages: an example of proposed style is 1850. It is detailed on my talk page.

wow this is retarded soooo yea im just doing a report on something about 1840 so yea this is really stupid
- It ain't retarted! 1840's history is something to read accurataly and it shows you something wonderful happening on the earth, even if it's terrible at the same time.Your report is fine. I'm looking eagerly through history for my story, which happens to be in the 1840's at the moment. Try reading through this again and think of yourself as reading the papers in this timespace. What a wonderful experience.
