The 1942 Memorial Cup final was a best of 5 series between the Oshawa Generals, winners of the George Richardson Memorial Trophy, and the Portage La Prairie Terriers, winners of the Abbott Cup, held at the Shea's Amphitheatre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Portage La Prairie won their 1st Memorial Cup, defeating Oshawa in 4 games.
