The United States Air Force's 458th Air Expeditionary Group is a unit located at the Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport, 26 km NW of Constanţa, Romania.

The mission of the 458th Air Expeditionary Group is to maintain an airbridge at the base to transport supplies and people to the US Central Command Area of Responsibility (AOR).

The 458th Air Expeditionary Group has no modern (post-1947) Air Force lineage; however, its Army Air Forces predecessor was the 458th Bombardment Group, flying B-24s and B-29s.
