Meantime, I will be reverting your additions to several pirate-themed articles; while there's no obvious commercial gain from the site, it is nevertheless considered link-spamming because the link serves to promote the site, as outlined here. Generally speaking, if an external link does not as its primary function add data to the article that would be cumbersome were it included in the article, then the link is improper. I'm just coming here to back up RadioKirks message. You are not allowed to use wikipedia to promote your own website. You are not allowed to add links to your own website onto wikipedia pages. Th fact that you have no adverts on your page is irrelavent.
Linkspamming is always reverted by the community. Vandaism is also. If you wish to help wikipedia by all means edit the pages by adding information to them. We are always happy to accept contributions, but not links to your own website. 86.7.155.88 10:08, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
