9th G7 summit

The 9th G7 Summit was held at Williamsburg, Virginia during the 28th to 30th of May 1983. The summit participants discussed economic issues, including the growing debt crisis. On the political front there was a call for arms control and greater co-operation in that field between the Soviet Union and the G7.
