A.I.R. Gallery

A.I.R. Gallery is the oldest not-for-profit gallery in the United States devoted to women's artwork. The gallery was founded in 1971 and was originally located in SOHO, New York City. It is now located in Chelsea, Manhattan, NYC.
Member artists have included, among others, Nancy Spero, Sylvia Sleigh, Daria Dorosh, Susan Bee, Sue Hettmansperger, Miriam Shapiro, and Howardina Pindell. A.I.R. Gallery's fellowship program for emerging women artists has included, among others, Fay Ku, Enid Crow, Jinnine Pak, and Christine Gedeon.
