This page was obviously translated from Italian. I started trying to copyedit, but made it only half-way through the "history" paragraph before giving up. Someone else please try! It needs a lot of work.

I've changed Franco's name to what I think is the correct Italian spelling, and also removed the fact that he played for AC Milan. As far as I can see from the internet, he just played for Varese and Torino - unless anyone knows any better? Nick Watts 11:48, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
I did some copyediting and fixed most of the grammar. I'm not sure what to do about the remarks about "problems with supporters" "treating black players badly". Seems quite euphemistic to me, but i don't want to change it to anything more specific without references. Probably not really encyclopedic in tone, but seems to deserve a mention.
